All core products are handmade in small batches. Curated extras such as oils and incense are carefully selected to complement the handmade range.
Natural beeswax and cotton wicks. Some candles are coloured using natural dyes, and some are lightly scented using natural essential oils or plant‑derived fragrance blends.
Natural pigments create soft, earthy tones and may produce slight marbling or speckling. This is normal and part of the candle’s handmade character.
Yes. Natural pigments may deepen or fade slightly depending on light exposure and storage. This does not affect burn quality.
No. Natural fragrance oils produce a gentle, subtle scent. They are not comparable to synthetic or commercial fragrance candles.
No, when used in low concentrations, natural pigments and natural fragrance oils do not significantly affect burn quality. You may notice slight colouration in the melted wax pool — this is normal.
This is natural beeswax bloom. It’s harmless and can be gently buffed away with a soft cloth.

Yes, unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
